Hi, I've got a 9,400 SF building which serves as the offices for the athletic faculty at a small public university.

There is some confusion around earning Innovation Points in LEED for Healthcare with pilot credits.

I am working on a cultural center performance space in San Diego with very few HVAC system components.

The language for this case specifies open vegetated space "adjacent" to the building. Does adjacent mean next to the building or can it be vegetated open space near to the building as well?

The LEED NC for Retail rating system indicates a baseline performance of 1.6 gallons per flush (gpf) for all water closets except blow out fixtures, which are assigned a baseline performance of 3.5

In approach 2 inside the option 3 of this credit we had some uncertainties on how we could proceed with the survey and sampling process.

Can this credit, or MRc5, be attempted without CSI Division 12 Materials Cost or Furniture items included? The Furniture was not in the Architect's or the Contractor's scope of work.
