Is the use of limestone products in building materials or for environmental applications considered a LEED raw material?

We are completing documentation on a LEED-NC project and are trying to come up with a sound methodology for calculating use of the building's lavatories.

A central chiller plant supplies chilled water to our project building and several other buildings.

In general, the country where I am pursuing a LEED for Schools cert. has little to no experience separating waste beyond two groups: steel and mixed construction waste.

I was wondering if anyone could provide guidance for calculating the transients for the residential component of a mixed use facility?

The project planned to have active vanpooling commuting, parking is provided by the LL, 5% of FTE dedicated for that purposes as per credit requirement.

I've downloaded the Supplemental Daylight and Views Calculation Spreadsheet from my registered LEED for Schools project, but have not been able to get into it and input data.

To earn this credit for Strategy 3, does it matter where we locate the sensors so long as we meet the minimum 75% connected light loads, right?
