Are substations registered within a LEED project?

Do we need to register substations within a project as separate buildings (Under Group Approach) ?  If yes, do we have to consider them for analysis under each credit.

Hello , 

Does anyone have LEED v4 campus matric for BD+C. I downloaded LEED guidance for Campus but it has credits and Matrix for LEED 2009.

We currently have two project seeking certification separately on a single campus. The two projects have completed all of the forms and have just not yet submitted for review.

We have a hotel resort that is seeking certification. It has many individual chalet/key, some seperate spa buildings, pool bars etc.
