Im about to register a new project to certify as LEED BD+C New Construction. My doubt is if i can register it as v4 or if it should be v4.1.

Can our building apply for points under Renewable Energy Production if,

In my Arc dashboard, under Credits/Actions, I'm only seeing "Data Input" and "Review" and nowhere do I see the option for submitting documents to earn the Sustainable Sites credits in v4.1.

I am looking to confirm, for a client.  For a building that was built in 2009, are there any avenues to LEED certification other than LEED EBOM?
