Existing Building Fire Escapes - Building Square-footage

Our existing building relies on (2) metal fire escapes for emergency egress that we are not modifying.  They are full exterior, self supported, and only connect to the building with later

1 EV charging station for 2 spaces and Vehicle Fueling Capacity per Station

I was informed that the LEED project in question has 1 charging station and two reserved parking spots.  Am I to assume that this station has two charging cables, one for each spot, or should

Water splashing into my freezer with no ice maker.

My ice maker was not making ice. Despite turning it off, water still flowed into my freezer causing a mess.
