Are public parks and cemeteries included in buildable land?

We are working on a CS v2009 project and we are pursuing the credit SSc9 "Tenant Design and Construction Guidelines". I assume future tenant will be asked to register under the v4 or v4.1 program.

Can anyone confirm what the definition of the above named spaces include?

I haven seen this same type of question in the forum before, but in this particular case it is extreme, so I would appreciate some feedback/opinions.

Do the showers for the Bicycle Facilities have to be included in the calculations?

Does the shower have to meet ADA requirements?

We have found a product that is Green Squared Certified. There is no mention on the certificate of a Level 1, 2 or 3 certification.

Does the USGBC accept products that have been tested for emissions in accordance with CDPH v1.2 (2017) for compliance with the low-emitting materials credit?
