I am working on a project where the ownership has a policy that requires 100% of equipment and appliances to be ENERGY STAR-rated.

Can anyone provide me with a definition or point me towards how LEED v4 defines a dwelling unit? I have a dormitory project and am trying to interpret the Resi Only requirements for v4.

I wanted to know if we can use the previous renovation work data for this credit. Does the renovation has to take place during the performance period?

We have a municipal building that won't likely comply with the open space area needed based on the project site area alone. However there is a City-owned P-Patch nearby.

I am working on a project that includes a large existing cold storage facility that will essentially double in size after renovations.

I am working with a convention center that is currently Silver certified under the v2009 EBOM rating system. 

The project will have several patios / decks throughout, many of which will be covered by a large cantilever above (being the building itself).
