Can the same material going for Certified Wood Credit also go for IEQ credit 4.4 - Composite Wood and Agrifiber

So I have one wood material that could go for both, it is confirmed to have no added urea-formaldehyde and is FSC certified.  Is it possible to submit the same material for both credits?

How do you account for an existing roof greater than 3 years old that will remain?  Can the aged values in the manufacturer's literature be used in the calculations?

For the Diverse Uses Option 2 in this credit can a project claim a diverse use by summing up the total FTE's to be >100 for several different commercial offices within a 1/2 mile radius?

I am wondering if anyone knows if a cleanroom return chase would be counted in the conditioned floor area for determining the primary system type for ASHRAE 90.1.
