Our project is a 275,000 sf high-rise mixed use residential building in Portland, Oregon.

We are doing a project involving renovation of an existing building and an addition. It is not a school but we have done the assessments to identify hazmats in the existing building.

I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on whether it would be acceptable to conduct a Design Charrette over the course of 4 days, as opposed to a 4 hour charrette in one day?

Hi - anyone have an answer to how to do counts for hospitality? It doesn't seem reasonable that you'd be counting guests to get your final numbers.
