Hello, I am working on a project in Davis. The building utilizes campus (district) steam for heating and chilled water for cooling.

I am working on trying to obtain this credit for a new residential development. The predominant building typology within the development are townhouses and single family homes.

What happens when the 1/4 mile from the project boundary bisects a dense building?  Can the whole building be included in the calculation?  Only the part of the building that is in the 1/

We are pursuing an office project that would be essentially an addition to a parking structure that is being built design-build just several months in advance of when our work would take place.

In the SSc6 form, where do I find the "Mitigated design rainfall volume for the entire site (cu ft)?  In the building 

The edge of my 1/4 mile radius cuts half way through a couple buildings...would I include half the area in my density calculations, whole, or not include the building at all? 

Our CI project Owner is occupying 100% of the building, including core space. They are also responsible for operations and maintenance practices. However, they are do not own the building.
