I have an 8 acre site that is largely buildings and roadway, is it possible to achieve this credit with the use of French drain (exfiltration trenches)?

How should recycled and total waste be calculated and documented for v4 LEED Homes Midrise projects with off-site construction such as panelized walls, trusses, and modular projects?

Has anyone had experience with Option 3?  It appears we will not get any points in Option 2 - it's a fairly isolated building where everyone drives on their own.

Gas vented fireplace

I have a project were there is a 24,000 Btuh gas vented fireplace. Is a wall device mostly radiant heater (70-75%) with a glass panel which does not have a fan.
