I have a project that has reflecting pools on part of the roof area and do not see any precedent for this in LEED User.

I have a project that recieved LEED BD+C: New Construction v2 - LEED 2.2 in 2014. They recieved a credit for water reduction with low flow toilets.

We have a five-acre site with multiple buildings. However, we are pursuing certification for only one of the buildings. Does the entire site have to meet the prerequisite?
