I have a project that has 69 dwelling units and provides indoor bicycle storage for 39 bikes. The project also includes storage lockers in the underground garage for each unit.

We wish to pursue the credits IEQ 7.1 & 7.2 , the space is auditorium seating with a dance floor for Wedding .(Area - 5300 sq ft , Occupancy 370 People), having office spaces on other floors .

We are certifying a ~30K sf building that shares its site (legal parcel) with a large 8 story garage.

Combined approach

We have a project that is going to use a combined approach due to overhangs and the prescriptive calcs not providing enough SF. I have casually measured the spaces and we exceed 20fc.

Campus Projects, overlapping boundaries

MPR Supplemental Guidance page 16 states that projects in phases may have an overlapping boundary. Let's say phase 1 included shared drive and parking and it does NOT earn SSc7.1 or SSc8.
