We have a dormitory project with about 80% individual rooms and 20% double rooms. Each room is provided with a Thermostat and an operable window with over 4% operable window to floor area ratio.

Our Project is part of a Campus. Can we use the campus(regional) pond located outside our project boundary to achieve the rainwater management points for our project?

Lets say the 90% runoff volume for the project area is 10,000 c.f. If only 50% of the project area drains to the bmp which is designed to treat 10,000 c.f. at 100% efficiency but only 7,900 c.f.
