For certification of at the plan stage I assume that GBCI doesn't expect a building to be constructed and certified.

Do the windows in the stairways need to be 8 square feet at each level? I have a 3 story stairwell with a narrow window that runs the length of the stairs. It is 19 feet by 1 foot.

Our LEED boundary has a power line easement running through it. The city's zoning doesn't allow development in this area.
