Our school project is retaining nearly all of the original plaster ceilings. We are, however, removing the suspended ceilings that were installed in the 1970's, just below the plaster ceilings.

Working on a Warehouse with (4) vending machines, (2) refrigerators. With 24 hr. loads, these seem like good candidates for requring Energy Star qualified products.
