Never Have Cooling Towers

We do small renovations and have never installed or replaced a cooling tower. Do I still have a "no" credit even if I can't meet the criteria of the credit because we don't have the equipment?

FTE of hotel guests

How do I calculate FTE of hotel guests? I know have to do it during non-peak time of year and peak time of year. Also what do I do for visitors and transients?
