Would like to know more details on how "Prefabricated or modular structure Buildings" can be certified under LEED. 

Are decorative lighting fixtures such as chandeliers, wall sconces, and table lamps, that are within regularly occupied space included in the requirements to comply with luminance of less than 2,50

Do we need to register substations within a project as separate buildings (Under Group Approach) ?  If yes, do we have to consider them for analysis under each credit.

I have a G+6F C&S office building with 2 office spaces in each floor, which will be metered separately as per the local law.

I have one resort (43000 sqm) in Riyadh- Saudi Arabia, one palace with 81% refusrbishment and 10 new villas around the palace.

If the project is served by a district cooling plant outside LEED project boundary , does the chilled water count as process water and needs to be included in water efficiency calculations?
