Certification Timeline for a registered Project

Project is underconstruction and 60 % completion of gross project work. Now project is registered under LEED v4 BD+C of https://www.leedonline.com/projects.

Can amenities inside the project building be counted in the Surrounding Density and Diverse Uses credit?

As per the subject, my project by nature is a semi-conductor manufacturing plant located in an industrial park with limited amenities located within 800meters of walking distance.

Simulating Electrical System as back up for Solar Hot Water System

I am simulating a hotel building. Domestic hot water requirement will be contributed by solar powered calorifier. Electric hot water system will be provided for back up.

Non-continuous floors

I have seen this question asked but not answered. We have a client who will renovate three floors of an office building; typical CI project. The issue is that they will do floors 7, 17, 18.

In the reference guide of LEED ID+C V4,  it is mentioned under prerequisite  the newly installed plumbing fixtures must be according to the Table 6 flow rates.
