Hello all, Can rainwater harvesting be used to reduce the indoor water consumption percentage?

The LEED manual states that transients = visitors. The credit requirements are percentages based on peak visitors. Appendix 2 in the manual gives defaults on transients (visitors).

Hi! Our project, an office building, will have the changing facilities adjacent to a gym. The tenant will take out a small charge from the workers for usage of the gym.
