Hello, Our project is a LEED NC v2009. Due to a heavy rain season, it happened that some leakage lead to a partial grow of mold in some ceiling areas which are made from gypsum boards.

LEED ND with Buildings Under Construction

If a site has a number of buildings already under construction and substantially complete, the design for most of which does not consider LEED requirements, and the client decides to pursue LEED ND
