Does anyone have experience or insight into achieving this credit in gallery or exhibition spaces?

We have designed a residence hall that has single and double rooms on a double loaded corridor, with shared floor lounges and studies.

Regarding the preferred parking, the credit requrements state "Clearly identify and enforce for sole use by green vehicles." (emphasis added).

Do the same restrictive rules apply to the Building Envelope CxA as they do to the MEP CxA?  I don't see any detail about this on the USGBC site.

I'm hoping someone can make this requirement interpretation crystal clear for me as I'm struggling to fully grasp what it mean.

I am working on a project that includes some limited core areas such as lobby, electrical rooms, restrooms, etc. and spaces allocated for future tenants.

This project is a new 33 story hotel/condo in Boston. There is no parking garage in the building.
