How can I know if a Chilled beam system for ventilation complies with the ASHRAE 90.1 2007 minimum efficiency requirements ? It has not been mentioned in the ASHRAE Standard.

Are ice makers included in the WE 3 calculations since its Retail NC, we thought they were excluded for NC all together, but were not sure if this only applied to NC schools and core and shell.
