Can CARB ULEF (Ultra Low Emitting) composite wood ceiling tiles that meet ATCM 93120 (2008) comply with IEQ credit 4.4?

I have a mixed use office building with the potential for restaurant tenants on the ground floor.

I just received our Design Final Review back and we have three credits (WEc3, EAc1, and IEQc7.1) that we have been awarded that are also regional priority credits.
