Hi! My project is getting hot water from the central combined heat and power plant in the campus, but it's NOT getting the electricity from it.

We are currently working on 2 small detention facilities (25 beds and 60 beds). Both projects are new construction and are not Retail, school, or hospitality projects.

If a parcel crosses the 1/4 mile radius, does it count?

On the map I ploted a 1/4 mile radius from the project boundary. There are lot of parcels of buildable land that are partially within the radius and partially outside the radius.

I've been looking at Appendix C of ASHRAE 62.1-2010 for a way, and I keep scratching my head.  Does anyone how to calculate for the CO2 setpoint to pursue the carbon dioxide monitoring strateg
