ID credit for college or university

Has anyone had luck submitting this credit and/or IEQc9 as an ID credit for a college or university?

Are roofing materials part of this credit? Do I need to take into consideration the VOC Content of the TPO Bonding Ahesive, TPO Cut Edge Sealant, TPO Primer and the TPO Seam Cleaner?

I am working on a project that has two parts to the building. There is an office component and a shop component. The office is going to be heated and cooled with a VRF system.
