We have a campus project where FTEs from a number of buildings have access to showers and lockers in a separate "clubhouse" building.

I have a situation where an owner is planning phased construction. It is possible, but not definite that both phases will be complete at the time of LEED certification.

recessed walk off mat

We are specifying a recessed walk off mat for the building in the vestibule (8' long). I remember that if the walk off mat is 10', a point is granted.

The two mirror mastics that I found both contain carcinogenic ingredients, however they both meet the VOC limit of 250 g/L.

Our 5 acre site has no greenfield area- we are demolishing the entire site and will restore with some green space/vegetation after construction.

Cx - Warranty Review After Building is Sold

We completed fundamental and enhanced Cx for a building in August of 2016 (with the exception of 10 month warranty review).
