Does the requirement to meter water used for laundry apply to all type of laundry equipment. For example would is apply to a residential type washing machine or only commercial grade? Thanks

I have a church that runs extended house 9am-10pm 6.5 days a week has classrooms that are not heavily occupied. In classifying it the occupancy looks more like an office with extended hours.

EAp2 was denied in our final design review. We are going to appeal this by addressing their comments and getting the energy savings above 10%. My question is, IF the appeal is denied, what then?
