I am working on a C&S office building, and I'm reading differing viewpoints on this credit and IEQc8.2. Must these credits be included in the Tenant Lease agreement?

An industry-wide (generic) EPD can be used for up to 10 products listed within the industry-wide EPD, provided that each application has separately reported impacts within the EPD.

We are working on a large high-end high-rise residential project with a variety of unit sizes and layouts.

The building I am working on has a shuttle service that brings employees to work from various city stops as well as local train stations.

I was looking through LEED-EBOM and saw IEQc2.1, Occupant Comfort Survey. This seems like a pretty easy credit to achieve.

I have a retail store that the sales area is always occupied and therefore not on occupancy sensor. The sales floor is on a time clock instead. The rest of the store is on occupancy sensor.
