I have a project that is questioning the 10% carpool/shared use vehicle spaces requirement for all non-residential and mixed use buildings.

Our CI project is not doing an energy model, but using the prescriptive method (AEDG).  What is the acceptable way to determine the Total Annual Consumption to confirm uses above the 10% that
