Determining area of tree canopy shading for calculations

When determining the "Area shaded by plant canopy", do you count the entire tree canopy area, or only the area of hardscape that overlaps with the 10-yr tree canopy? I've received conflicting

Is EPA 24 equivlant to SCAQMD 1168?

We need a BONDO like product that will be compliant for EQc2. I have found one that is tested with EPA method 24.

bus rapid transit stop

what is the definition of a bus rapid transit stop? Can a bus transfer station count towards this? or Greyhound station? I have a project that can meet all the criteria except this one.

Our project is a park shelter with 150 occupants at peak occupancy over the weekend. Local ordinances do not have a minimum parking requirement.

The credit language states that materials which must meet the requirements are "everything within the waterproofing membrane."
