Good question. I haven't used paint pastes before. Generally "pastes" aren't included in this credit, but anything paint-like does need to meet the GS-11 requirements listed in the first part of the chart above. You can also see http://www.greenseal.org/Portals/0/Documents/Standards/GS-11%20Stn%20Dev/paints_GS_11.pdf for more detail on how this is certified, but it won't list anything specific to paste. Anyone else have experience with this?
