Two project engineers have completed the sign-off task, but a 3rd has been unable to use LEED ON-LINE despite my efforts to provide remote assistance. An earlier thread states "If the project team is unable or unwilling to use the signatory field in the form, they may alternatively upload a document signed by the responsible party with the same declaration. This can be individual documents for each credit or a combined list, but it must be uploaded in each applicable credit." I see where that is enabled for IEQp1, but not EAp2. Where/how do I upload a form for EAp2?

You can upload the document in the file upload page for EAp2. It does not matter if you upload it into an area that is not labeled for it.
