Kitchen Sinks

Hi, we are working on an office tower EBOM project and one standard review remark concerned the absence of kitchen sinks. There are no kitchen sinks associated with the office (coffee corner) but there is a staff canteen which we did not count (because it isn't related to the FTE and is more process). It seems that the review remark is really about coffee corner type kitchen sinks but I just want to make sure. Should we have created a new group and used a completely different use calculation for the restaurant sink?
