Kitchen Supply AHU (For Make Up Air)

As part of a fit out I the only tenant AHU is for make up air in a Kitchen 2966.4 CFM Can anyone explain the approach to enter this is in LEED form. All other AHU;s are landlord ones and not applicable to this fit out.
