I'm working on a higher ed art building with dark rooms, photo labs, and film development rooms that are projected to be occupied by one person at a time. Can these be considered individually occupied spaces rather than multi-occupant?

Hi Heather, The IEQ Space Matrix has some options under "Educational Facilities". Did those help you? If you think the rooms are designed truly for just one person in all of those instances then I think you could surely make the case that it's an individual occupant space. Just make sure to make that really clear to the reviewer.
