Interior lighting requirements?

Hello - Clarification question... The text under "LEEDuser's Viewpoint" on the credit page includes requirements for interior lighting.  However, there is no mention of interior lighting requirements in the Credit Language, only exterior lighting.  In addition, the summary of "Changes" at the bottom of the Credit Language page includes "Simplified the lighting requirements" on 10/16/2015, but then there is no addenda listed on the credit page in the pilot credit library. Is the interior lighting language an outdated remnant from before the 10/2015 addenda??  Thanks!
