Kelly Mehring

Kelly brings a multidisciplinary background in sustainability, compliance, and asset certification across the public and private sectors. Her early career included work in local government supporting recycling and materials management programs, providing a strong foundation in policy implementation, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
She currently serves as Associate Director of Asset Certification Services at Longevity Partners, where she leads the delivery of LEED for Existing Buildings and New Construction services across diverse real estate portfolios. Kelly supports clients with certification strategy, policy development and management, compliance alignment, documentation, and ongoing performance optimization.
Prior to Longevity Partners, Kelly held consulting roles at Rivion and Engineering Economics, Inc. (EEI), delivering sustainability and efficiency solutions for existing buildings. Across these roles, she developed deep expertise in navigating certification requirements, managing complex compliance frameworks, and translating technical standards into clear, actionable guidance for owners, operators, and project teams.
Kelly is recognized for her ability to approach sustainability through multiple lenses—technical, regulatory, operational, and commercial—enabling clients to achieve credible outcomes that go beyond compliance and support long-term asset performance.
