CS-2009 SSc8:Light Pollution Reduction

About interior lights

Hi, We are working in a CS project and we want to know if the tenant spaces lights must accomplish the requirement of the options or not. The tenants are required to implement this requirements after the CS certification?, The indoor parking also must accomplish the requirements? Best.
