EBOM-v4 SSc1:Site Development- protect or restore habitat

And/or Options?

Hello,

Reference Guide says in Requirements that that it is Option 1 (On-site restoration) OR Option 2 (Financial support).

Step-by-step Guidance says "To select the appropriate option for the project, determine whether to pursue on-site restoration (Option 1) and/or off-site financial support (Option 2)."

Is it possible to pursue both options?

I realize it's not very logical, but in hypothetical case, maybe that could be the point missing to achieve certain level of certification...

Hi Branka, only one option can be pursued for SSc1 and there's a couple places where this is confirmed. First, the rating system language says "or" which always takes precedence over the reference guide content (which wrongly says and/or). Also, the credit is worth 2 points total. Documenting both options would total 3 points, which exceeds the point value for the credit. And lastly, it's confirmed by the credit form, which says to "select one of the following" options and doesn't allow you to fill out information for both options.
