Bare Concrete Tenant Areas

Hi,

Where there is bare concrete tenant areas, no finished flooring, walls or ceilings installed does this mean that these areas are automatically compliant and test documentation is not required ? Has anyone submitted a project like this ?

LEED Core + Shell typically require submission of the Tenant Guidelines, and that's where you would include the requirements that tenant finishes are compliant.
