I am in the process of creating the Indoor Air Quality Management Plan for a Healthcare project. I have conducted Indoor Air Quality Management Plans for New Construction and Core and Shell projects and was wondering what are the additional points that need to be taken account for, for a healthcare project. As an addition to moisture, dust, contaminant control, noise is also mentioned as something to be considered and reduced during construction. What are the extra measures needed to be implemented in a healthcare project as opposed to a new construction project for IAQ management during constructions? Also, is there an available template I could refer to?
