Calculating FTEs

Cost of LEED v4 Building Design and Construction

To whom it may concern,

I am looking to find out about how much the construction costs for LEED v4 BD+C compares to normal construction costs. I'm not looking for any information about how much certification costs, just the construction costs and the benefits and savings that building sustainability has in the long run. I'm looking for any information, resources, or links related to any real estate asset class besides residential.
