Credit Substitution Point Mismatch

We are registered as a v4 project but would like to substitute the Rainwater Management credit for version 4.1. However the credit thresholds do not update in LEEDonline when you substitute. How have other people handled this?

We are only going for 1 point in v4.1 with 80th percentile submission, but LEED online only has thresholds of 2 or 3 points.

Hi Jayaprakash! Glad you followed up on this. In the time since I first posted the inquiry (wow 3 years ago?!) LEED Online has mostly caught on to the issue. They now have a note in the Thresholds that says "As you have selected a v4.1 credit substitution, please select the threshold option below that is closest to the option and point total you are pursuing in v4.1."To the critical question, what if the only threshold options don't match what you are pursuing? The move is to write a note in the Special Circumstances portion of the LEED Credit Form and then have them correct it on the back end. I just went into a more recent project to see if they had corrected the particular issue of the Rainwater Management credit not having a 1 pt threshold option - they have not corrected it. Just select 2 and then say something in Special Circumstances - is my personal recommendation.
