Hi all, We are working on a project in Belgrade - Serbia. Have I understood correctly that an international project is eligible for Energy Star rating but just cannot get Energy Star because it is an international project? Therefore we can go for CASE 1? Thank you in advance and sorry for stupid question.

Yes the October version of the rating system indicated that international projects were not eligible to use Case 1 but the November version dropped that exclusion.
