Warehouses-NC-v4.1 MRc2:Environmental Product Declarations

Exemplary Performance?

In version 4, 20 EPDs from at least 5 different manufacturers is required to earn 1 point.  40 EPDs from 5 different manufacturers earns exemplary performance.

 

In V4.1 Warehouse and DC on require 10 EPDs from 3 different manufacturers...

 

Does  20 EPDs from  3 different manufacturers earn exemplary?

Hello Neil,  Warehouse NC project v4.1 requires (from Beta Guide) "Purchase at least 20 products from five different manufacturers for Core and Shell and Warehouse & Distribution Centers" for Exemplary Performance (EP).  So, 20 EPDs from 5 manufacturer's earns EP for warehouse projects in v4.1.  Thank you!

While I have not attempted this on a Warehouse NC project, the same language is included for v4.1 ID+C Commercial Interiors and we have earned exemplary performance for EPD's with 20 products from 5 manufacturers on a commercial interiors project.
