CS-v4 LTc4:Surrounding density and diverse uses

Exemplary Performance for CS-v4 LTc4

The Quick Reference table in the LEEDv4 Reference Guide BD+C says "yes, except WDC" for Exemplary Performance on this credit; however, when I go to the full credit explanation, Exemplary Performance says, "Not available".

 Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

Hi Sarah. I checked the LEED form and found no reference to exemplary performance. I believe you found a typo in the table, and should not rely on capturing an EP point for this credit. Alternately, you could submit a CIR or LI and perhaps LEED will provide the requirements.
