FTE of hotel guests

How do I calculate FTE of hotel guests? I know have to do it during non-peak time of year and peak time of year. Also what do I do for visitors and transients?

Hi Robert, For the hotel guests, you should follow the directions in LEED Interpretation 1698: http://www.usgbc.org/leed-interpretations?clearsmartf=true&keys=1698 There are no special rules for other visitors and transients--that depends on the type of spaces in your building and the assumptions you make. If you are really stuck, you can always look at the default occupancy densities in the Core & Shell Appendix of the LEED-NC reference guide. Hope this helps!
