Future Tenant Ventilation and Parking Garage Exhaust Volume

Dear All, Here I have 2 questions regarding IEQ P1: 1. We have a commercial bulding including a few retail shops. The HVAC systems in these shop will be done by future tenant. So we don't have actual design fresh air volume for these spaces. In the LEED review comments, they required to submit a legally binding document which we don't have. But if we could get the design drawings from the tenant, do you think it is complied with the requirements? 2. We learned from 2007 ASHRAE Handbook - HVAC Applications on page13.18 that " The International Mechanical Code (ICC 2003a) allows ventilation system operation to be reduced from 0.007 to 0.00025 m3/(s.m2) with the use of a CO monitoring system that restores full ventilation when CO levels of 25ppm are detected." If we have CO Demand Ventilation Control system, does that means we can us 0.00025m3/(s.m2) as the exhaust design parameter for the parking garages? Yours prompt responses would be really appreciated! Thanks and Best regards!

Dear Shenhao, Were you able to confirm that the air exhaust for the garage can be reduced when there is a CO Demend Ventilation provided? In case that the detected level of ppm increases do we still have to provide 3,7l/s/m2?
