NC-2009 WEp1:Water Use Reduction—20% Reduction

Our water reduction due to fixtures and fittings only is 38%. We have recirculating greywater in the project that will be recirculated to toilets. This will bring our reduction to 42%. I know this can be claimed for WEc2 - Innovative Technologies but can this also be claimed for WE prerequisite 1? How can we document it on the form? Thanks!
